If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the client agreement governs the services covered by that agreement.

Client names, logos, and project materials displayed in case studies or portfolio items remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for identification or illustrative purposes. Their appearance does not grant you a licence to use them.

If you send us a message, inquiry, or other material through the Website, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful or malicious. Please do not submit confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information through a general contact form unless we have agreed on an appropriate secure method. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client, agency, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. We do not accept project work or confidentiality obligations solely through a Website submission.
